January, 1948 - Immediately after returning from the honeymoon, Philip goes back to work. At the end of January (only two months after getting married) it is announced that Philip will be going to school. Later reports say that his classes would begin on March 30th. He will commute to the college.

January, 1948: The Couple picks Windlesham Moor in Surrey as their house of choice. They leased it. Elizabeth and Philip were not able to move into it immediately and reports say that the couple had to bounce from Buckingham Palace to Kensington Palace until it was time for them to move. Accounts of when they officially moved vary (some say late January while other says early February).
